Lightweight Insulation Bricks for Kiln Insulation High Alumina Insulating Bricks
Light weight high alumina brick is called high alumina insulating brick or light weight insulating brick, too. The Al2O3 of it is more than 48%. It is a kind of light weight refractory material, which is mainly composed of mullite, glass phase or corundum.
We produced it with high bauxite and little clay, by levigating, gas bubble method or bubble act, casting and shaping with slurry, firing under the temperature of 1300~1500℃.
